I take a collaborative and solution-focused approach to coaching. My approach is defined by empathy, mindfulness, and creativity, all coupled with a non-judgmental energy that helps parents feel seen and supported. Over the years, I've had the honor of changing lives through social justice leadership programs for teenagers, teacher coaching, and behavior modification strategies for educators, all of which have reinforced my belief in the deeply transformative power of connection and understanding.
Drawing from a rich tapestry of experiences in diverse roles over two decades, I bring a unique depth of understanding to the complex dynamics of youth and family relationships. I also hold a Master’s in Social Work and Jewish Studies, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Family Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude. I am the former managing director of the Bronfman Center at the 92nd Street Y and a certified trainer from Ramapo for Children. This multi-faceted background forms the bedrock of my Conscious Parenting coaching approach, enabling me to tailor strategies to the unique needs of every family I work with.
Through fortifying parents to reach their greatest potential, we can enact a deep and lasting positive influence on their children's lives. It's this transformative ripple effect that fuels my daily commitment to the Conscious Parenting Method™ coaching system. I eagerly anticipate joining you in your unique parenting journey, helping you cultivate an atmosphere of genuine joy, tranquil harmony, and raw authenticity within your family life.
